The most important factor for deeming a project successful is, if every worker goes home at the end of the day. In other words, safety. Safety is the deciding factor of a successful project. To have a safe job-site, it is a necessity to maintain a clean job-site. Before, during, and after any work is completed, the work area needs to be clean.
